3. Close Out
At the completion of the project our PM will do an onsite walkthrough while ensuring that all elements have been completed up to our high standards, and that you, the customer, are completely satisfied with the scope of work we have performed.
Our close out package will include Fluke certified test results, as-builts in either AutoCAD or PDF, run lists, warranty documents (where applicable) and certified payroll reports (where applicable).
At Creative Cabling, we stand by the quality of our work with a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all parts and labor. Additionally, we offer system-specific manufacture warranties for up to 25 years.

1. Estimate
Every successful installation starts with a well-though-out approach, as each project presents its own unique challenges. At Creative Cabling Solutions, our experienced estimators customize each project to meet your specific needs.
Our assigned estimator will meet with you to discuss every aspect of your structured cabling system, ensuring a comprehensive solution that matches the needs of your Information Transportation System. That estimator will remain the main point of contact through all revisions and bulletins until the scope and paperwork are exactly what you (or your customer) need to see. We pride ourselves in our ability to adjust our bid submissions, schedule of values, and other related paperwork to match any format that is required. This allows our customers to seamlessly integrate our pricing into the overall proposal.

Access Control

We handle everything from the initial planning phase to the final installation and integration of access control devices and head-end equipment, guaranteeing your system operates seamlessly and remains adaptable over time.

Intrusion and burglar alarm cabling connects various elements of a security system, including sensors, detectors, control panels, sirens, and monitoring stations. Our installation process involves carefully planning and executing the routing of cables to ensure optimal performance and security. As the project start date approaches, our estimator will hand off the project to the assigned Project Manager who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout your project.
The Project Manager will provide you with weekly progress updates and keep you informed of all relevant issues. They will coordinate our efforts with both the General Contractor or Facilities Manager, and your technology providers to ensure a timely installation.
Our onsite installers are skilled CWA union workers who are trained to meet all standards and requirements set forth by BICSI, NEC, and OSHA. Our PM will meet with our installers on every site to discuss the customized Site Safety and cleanliness plan to ensure that your workspace is cared for throughout the project as if it was our own. Our
motto is to leave every installation site better than we found it.
